monday vegan green smoothie

monday vegan green smoothie recipe:


  • banana
  • 2 tbsp hemphearts
  • 1 mango
  • 2 cup kale
  • half a cucumber
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • fresh ginger (as much as you can possibly handle!)
  • 1/2 cup of cilantro
  • 2-3 tbsp of almond butter
  • 1/2 tbsp of matcha
  • 1 tsp moringa
  • 1.5 cups of coconut water (you can also use your favourite nut milk)

Blend away this beauty and watch your body love you !!!

Monday is my new favourite day of the week! It’s the most hated on day of the week and well, I feel bad for it (Monday that is).

If I am introducing a new concept into my life, such as liking Mondays’ I attach an element that I love to it. An example, is drinking green smoothies every Monday first thing and of course my matcha tea. Smoothies are ideal, they are easy to make and you get so much nutrients from different added veggies, fruits, spice, nut milk, etc…
